Buster Levi Gallery is pleased to present Artists Invite I an exhibit that features the work of six gallery artists with guest artists selected by them. The show will include work by John Allen, Jesseca Ferguson, Elena Goren, Polly King, Matt Kinney, Bill Kooistra, Martee Levi, Liz Rudnick, Ursula Schneider, Eleni Smolen, Lucille Tortora, and Paul Tschinkel. The show will run from January 3 through February 2, 2020. The opening for the show will be on Friday January 3, 2020 from 6-8pm.

Artist Invite I is the first of a two exhibits that pair the work of artists whose work or ideas share similar concerns. The interaction between the works of the artists in this exhibition is purposefully open and could exist on either content or visual planes or both. Similar to the pair of shows in 2018, at Buster Levi Gallery, Conversations, the artists do not share a particular theory or are part of a movement. Instead, they work independently and see in each other’s work similar ideas that each work out in their own way. The work in this particular exhibition includes graphic mediums, painting, photography and sculpture.
